  • Ensure integrity of space, suite, floor, building, and overall portfolio level square footage through the application of BOMA standards.
  • Provide portfolio and task level design and project management utilizing departmental and consulting design resources.
  • Resolve workflow, resource, design, and technical issues between all parties.
  • Incorporate innovative design solutions, creative charting, research, and technical development into workflow.
  • Ensure accurate and effective communication, capture, and reporting of project status and performance data to stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate as-built information, supporting the integrity and access to building and component level information.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM and CAD project standards and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of data and file management standards and guidelines.
