Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include fulfilling customer enquiries and providing technical and cost information to support the overall sales and delivery process. You will also manage product specification development, and fully support production and support departments with accurate information such as drawings, bills of material and line-side guidance.
  • Support quick cost and sizing estimation of project orders
  • Initiate and manage Engineer to Order pumping projects and ensure project requirements are fulfilled from enquiry to delivery and commissioned phase, full end to end project involvement.
  • Create general arrangement designs from customer specifications including P&ID.
  • Support Project Fulfilment Manager with project control.
  • For complex orders, coordinate project requirements and expedite action registers across Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and external stakeholders.
  • Continually develop and improve Grundfos’ project order processes
  • Support the implementation and development of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
