Responsibilities

  • Team management: develop the Digital Design team by giving coaching, frequent 1-1s and identifying opportunities for skillset development
  • Workflow management: manage resources and forward planning to ensure effective running of BAU
  • Design Strategy: build out a long-term strategy roadmap for Digital Design, overlaid with wider business objectives and key launches
  • Cross-regional collaboration: collaborate with Digital Design teams across Deckers globally and contribute to workstreams to ensure experiences are consistent and best-in-class across all digital touchpoints
  • Brand guardianship: uphold global guidelines across all EMEA designs whilst ensuring customer experiences are culturally and regionally relevant
  • Data-led solutions: use data to drive designs forward and enhance customer engagement
