What qualifications are required for the Design Manager III position?
The Design Manager III position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a Master’s Degree preferred. A professionally licensed Architect and/or Engineer is also preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing the design of large complex building projects, utilities, and infrastructure improvements, preferably in aviation improvements. Proficiency in design software such as Revit and SketchUp is also necessary.
