Requirements

  • You will have prior experience of working in a role where you have provided design leadership on major projects - either as a Design Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Project Leader.
  • You will most likely be from a technical background - either technical engineering, construction management, environmental or other consulting backgrounds.
  • You will hold qualifications in engineering or project management with an understanding of large and complex construction / engineering projects - in particular within the water or related infrastructure sectors.
  • Through your previous roles within project delivery you will have experience of achieving a position of trusted partner with clients and other stakeholders, and acting as a mentor for less experienced team members.

  • You will oversee all aspects of delivery across major projects, holding roles that may include delivery of design & build (D&B) projects, detailed design delivery and owners engineer services - all requiring complex multi-disciplinary collaboration both internally and externally.
  • You will play a fundamental role within projects to identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work collaboratively with the client and other partner organisations, plan technical delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
