A BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, along with 1-3 years of relevant design and coding experience.
Will I have the opportunity to work with senior designers?
Yes, you are expected to partner with Senior Designers and be receptive to mentorship.
Are there specific tools and platforms I need to be familiar with?
Yes, knowledge of software tools and platforms such as C#, .NET, Java, and Microsoft suite is required.
What kind of design deliverables is expected from a Designer I?
Deliverables include discovery artifacts, sketches, rough prototypes, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and contributions to design libraries.

The starting pay range for this role is $85,000 to $92,000, depending on various factors including skill set and experience.
