  • Ensure key IT systems, hardware, services and processes are available
  • Proactively evaluate and monitor performance of key systems and processes to ensure continued business operations
  • Some desktop and network support for the local office users and visitors
  • Physical installation and maintenance of server and storage hardware
  • Coordinate and communicate with leadership on proposed or implemented resolutions and changes
  • Meet organizational SLA metrics
  • Work with the global team as well as local stakeholders in the implementation and testing of new technologies and/or initiatives
  • Work directly with local Lumentum team on resolving time sensitive issues
  • Collaborate with other IT and business teams on projects.
