The Program Manager will work directly with ERGs, their leadership, and executive sponsors to drive change, enable collaboration between ERGs, develop training materials, and support company-wide celebrations.
Are there specific celebrations that the Program Manager will manage?
Yes, the Program Manager will manage company-wide and global celebrations such as Pride Month, Women’s History Month, and International Women’s Day.
What qualities are needed to succeed in this role?
