Responsibilities

  • The Diagnostic Sonographer I performs standardized and complex ultrasound procedures for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology.
  • The Diagnostic Sonographer produces images of high diagnostic quality in an efficient and safe manner while attending to the diagnostic and care needs of patients undergoing procedures.
  • The Diagnostic Sonographer is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health.
