  • - To collaborate with strategy development and be responsible for the achievement of Digital engagement. The post holder will contribute to ensuring a conducive work environment and he/she will be a change agent with a strong professional and digital focus.

Responsibilities

  • To maintain an effective educational environment through ‘at the elbow’ coaching and staff development in a variety of clinical settings, whilst working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to enable delivery of high-quality effective care, thus improving the patients’ experience
  • As an experienced and registered Nurse or AHP, the role requires an expert practitioner, resource and role model; to encourage evidence-based practice, providing support and supervision for staff.
  • To be responsible for the development of programmes of Digital clinical systems education and training; whilst demonstrating awareness of cultural diversity in the workplace and the need to adapt training accordingly

  • Work closely with the line manager, lead nurse/lead therapist, immediate team, patients & relatives
  • Develop good working relationships within the broader multidisciplinary team
  • Work collaboratively with other key departments / wards / organisations within the Trust, and external agencies
  • Represent the Trust and participate in meetings, training sessions and agreed study forums both within and outside the Trust, which enhance personal and professional clinical standards
