Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Support the Digital Experience Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring alignment with the boots visual identity, design system guidelines and business objectives. This would include collaborating with the DX Manager in workshops with UX & Product teams to review and refine CMS templates & components.
  • Design & Wireframing: Collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager & UX team to stress-test and wireframe creative for pages & page templates, preparing them for the build team to implement into the CMS
  • CMS Development & Training: Work alongside the Digital Experience Manager and Design Lead to develop the CMS, provide training and support the build team during implementation.
  • Content Migration: Support the business change team by shaping work processes and documenting best practices for the new CMS. Co-ordinate with the DX Manager to lead and mentor the Condor build team by providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work outputs within the CMS.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Co-ordinate with the DX Manager to lead and mentor the Condor build team by providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work outputs within the CMS.
  • Govern the Boots Visual Identity & Design System Guidelines: Establish, maintain and govern the BVI and Design Library across all CMS content and templates
  • Stakeholder management, content approval & sign off: Work closely with the Production Leads to oversee the approval and sign-off process for all pages and components within the CMS.
