Responsibilities

  • Begleitung der technischen Implementierung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Komplexität.
  • Verwaltung komplexer Konfigurationen und/oder Implementierungen mehrerer Module einer Softwarelösung und/oder Produktreihen mehrerer Anbieter (Enablon, Essential Suite).
  • Ausarbeitung der Anforderungsdefinition, Durchführung von Gap-Analyse-Workshops und Vorführung von mehreren Modulen, sowohl persönlich als auch per Fernzugriff.
  • Treffen mit Kunden, um Risiken zu identifizieren und Status-Updates zu diskutieren.
  • API-Integration mit dem IT-Team des Kunden und anderen Integrationspartnern.
  • Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation der kundenspezifischen Implementation.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Softwareanbietern bei der Adressierung von Änderungswünschen.
  • Anleitung eines Teams bei der Durchführung von Schulungen und der Umsetzung von technischen Aufgaben.
  • Erarbeitung von EHS-Anforderungen und Arbeitsabläufen mit dem Kunden.
