  • Erfahrung mit MIS/EHS-Softwareanwendungen wie Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, EtQ, usw.
  • Erfahrung mit Geschäftsanalysen
  • Kenntnisse über den Lebenszyklus der Softwareimplementierung sowie über agile Programmierkonzepte
  • Erfahrung mit MS SharePoint und MS Visio
  • Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
  • Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen mit SQL Scripting

Responsibilities

  • Koordinierung und Leitung der technischen Implementierung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Komplexität.
  • Verwaltung komplexer Konfigurationen und/oder Implementierungen mehrerer Module einer Softwarelösung und/oder Produktreihen mehrerer Anbieter (Enablon, Essential Suite).
  • Leitung der Anforderungsdefinition, Durchführung von Gap-Analyse-Workshops und Vorführung von mehreren Modulen, sowohl persönlich als auch per Fernzugriff.
  • Treffen mit Kunden, um Risiken zu identifizieren und Status-Updates zu diskutieren.
  • API-Integration mit den IT-Team des Kunden und anderen Integrationspartnern.
  • Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation der kundenspezifischen Implementation.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Anbietern bei der Adressierung von Änderungswünschen.
  • Anleitung eines Teams bei der Durchführung von Schulungen und der Umsetzung von technischen Aufgaben.
  • Arbeitung von EHS-Anforderungen und Arbeitsabläufen mit dem Kunden.
  • Flexibler Arbeitsort, bevorzugt an unseren Bürostandorten Frankfurt oder Kaiserslautern.
