Responsibilities

  • Support with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and customer loyalty campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data and analytics
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience and conversion for lead generation efforts
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Support with loyalty programs and Paid Search campaigns by implementing various creative updates, testing scenarios and on-going reporting needs
  • Compile and summarize multiple program/campaign results on a monthly/quarterly basis to present to management. Analyze results to identify areas of opportunity
  • Support with planning, creating, and launching campaigns for Canada – boosting our sales digitalization and brand campaigns, as well as lead generation and conversion programs
  • Project manage B2B and B2C initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns launch on a timely basis
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend changes to optimize program objectives; compile and summarize data to present to management as necessary
