Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end to end digital marketing campaigns, including scheduling, content/asset gathering, creative development, database management, approvals, testing, troubleshooting, detailed reporting and overall quality assurance.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)) and ensure email campaigns adhere to these guidelines.
  • A/B tests various email elements (content, design, CTAs (Call to Action)) to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Provide reports and analysis of email marketing performances to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for email campaign improvement or improve call to action to help generate business.
  • Develop list segmentation and email personalization recommendations based on data mining and email/website analytics.
  • Conduct regular reviews and QA (Quality Assurance) to ensure flawless execution of email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Sit on global marketing user and steering groups to knowledge share and lead the local implementation of innovative ideas, best practices, and platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in campaign execution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing automation platform and web platform Adobe Experience Manager.
