  • You are tech savvy, analytical and have excellent problem-solving skills.

  • You have affinity with marketing technology, such as marketing automation, email tooling or web analytics.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working, having BA (business analysis) experience is a pre.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users and technical resources.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the experience-led growth agenda – use human and market insights to frame future growth opportunities, and help clients to innovate new products, services and business models.
  • Define digital transformation journeys – Perform maturity assessments and develop strategic roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their personalization goals.
  • Create experience capabilities – work with marketing, integration, and data technologies to design and implement new customer experience strategies and innovative solutions. Act as the voice of the customer to define innovative solutions.
  • Ensure success of marketing technology implementations - focus on the client relationship, project delivery and overall program health.
