Requirements

  • Significant experience liaising with stakeholders understand need, propose solutions and translate these for other members of the Squad
  • Experience in agile requirements techniques including Personas, Story Mapping, Product Roadmaps, Backlog Management, etc.
  • Experience of Agile software development – working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, encouraging the adoption and continuous improvement of practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international clients
  • Proficient in product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms, and familiarity with digital development processes and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Angular, etc.)
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals and user needs into a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation program
  • Gather and document detailed product requirements from stakeholders, including customers, clients, and internal teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, testers, and marketers to ensure successful product delivery
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations
  • Oversee the product development process, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch iterations
