The primary responsibility of the Digital Services Sales Manager is to promote and position the Solutions of the Digital Services Portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and expand the service business.

A bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Computer Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 7-8 years of sales experience focusing on digitalization and digital services.
Is experience with HVAC systems necessary for this position?
Yes, familiarity with HVAC systems and building controls, including knowledge of common HVAC and electrical building codes, is necessary for this position.
What types of clients will I be engaging with in this role?
You will be engaging with a variety of clients including Consultants, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Developers, Property Managers, and Building Owners.
How much travel is expected in this role?
The role requires a willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically as required.
What type of sales strategies will I be developing?
You will be developing Digital Service Business strategies, generating new leads, and identifying and qualifying opportunities for Upselling and Cross-Selling to generate additional pull-through business.
Will I have the opportunity to work with technical teams?
Yes, you will collaborate with the technical team in case of customer-specific development needs to define prototypes and proof of concepts.
What kind of products and services will I be promoting?
You will be promoting IoT, Digital solutions and services, including Digital and Data-driven services, Energy & Asset performance services, Predictive Maintenance analytics, and Building Performance optimization.
How will I measure success in this role?
Success will be measured through account penetration, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the health of the sales funnel/pipeline.
