Requirements

  • Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Flexibility to travel to our main office at least three days a week
  • Graduated with a Bachelors or Masters within the last three years preferably with a numerical focused degree e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, IT or a related field that demonstrates a foundational knowledge in data
  • Have strong statistical and analytical skills - you love digging into data, uncovering trends, and extracting meaningful insights using analytics software and SQL based tools.
  • Are bold – you push boundaries and embrace a ‘test & learn’ approach
  • Possess a strategic mindset – you can see the big picture, can think your way out of challenging situations and get others excited by your ideas
  • You have some form of Coding dexterity: e.g. Python for manipulation, analysis, and modelling
  • Understand machine learning concepts and application
  • Are skilled in using data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • You are aware of the varied data types that exist and have a familiarity with big data technologies such Spark to process large-datasets

Responsibilities

  • We will rotate through diverse projects, exposing you to the dynamic world of report development, business analysis and data - from crunching numbers to building powerful insights.
  • If you're captivated by the prospect of applying theoretical knowledge to real-world problem-solving – perhaps through participation in hackathons – and if you bring some pre-existing knowledge in areas such as data cleansing, storage, reporting analysis, and data science, then PZC is the launchpad for your IT ambitions.

  • Online testing: Deadline for completing online tests will be Sunday 3rd March 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • We aim to complete remote video interviews (Teams/Pre-recorded) by 24th March 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • In-person assessment centre to be held week commencing 15th April 2024 in Manchester
  • Job offers to be issued by 26th April 2022, with unsuccessful candidates given feedback by 3rd May 2024
