Requirements

  • Are a strong collaborator with a focus on the end consumer adopting a human centric design approach
  • Are bold – you push boundaries and embrace a ‘test & learn’ approach
  • Can demonstrate the ability to translate design concepts into visually appealing websites
  • Possess a strategic mindset – you can see the big picture and can link the use of technology with other functions such as marketing
  • You understand the differences in front-end vs back-end practices, such as the use of headless architecture and micro services
  • You have some form of Coding dexterity: Whether it's HTML, JavaScript or CSS, you have a grasp of programming languages and enjoy building clean, efficient code
  • Have used any MarTech applications during your studies and are familiar with web analytics tools such as Google analytics

Responsibilities

  • This program is about exploration and discovery. Can you picture yourself honing your web development skills, managing projects with finesse or delving into the intricate world of MarTech systems. We're here to help you unveil your strengths and passions as you navigate through four six-month rotations, each offering a unique facet of the digital realm.

Application Process

  • Application: We plan on closing the application window on Sunday 25th February 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • Online testing: Deadline for completing online tests will be Sunday 3rd March 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • We aim to complete remote video interviews (Teams/Pre-recorded) by 24th March 2024 @ 11.59pm GMT.
  • In-person assessment centre to be held week commencing 15th April 2024 in Manchester
  • Job offers to be issued by 26th April 2022, with unsuccessful candidates given feedback by 3rd May 2024
