Requirements

  • A minimum 2:1 Honours degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field such as Business Technology, Business Analytics, Software Engineering.
  • A higher degree, (e.g. MSc, MEng, MA, or MBA) in a related field would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation strategies, information modelling and analysis, value stream mapping and improvement
  • A desire to work in a value driven business, with the ability to research and understand the latest thinking in social care practice to enable creative thinking and innovation in tech-based care solutions
  • Familiarity with software applications / Industrial protocols / Databases / Data Transformation / Dashboarding and interpretation of results / Statistical process control
  • Project management knowledge and skills such as lean, agile, and continuous improvement management, innovation and cultural change models
  • Cloud computing solutions (e.g. AWS), data architecture design, and programming languages (e.g. R, Python)
  • Prior experience of digital transformation projects, software rollouts, etc

Responsibilities

  • An exciting opportunity has become available for a recent graduate to work full time on a 2-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop new digitally-enabled ways of working that will continually enhance the performance and service provision of Aspire, enabling them to better support the communities they work in.
