Responsibilities

  • Leading Esri Solutions Engineers: Lead and mentor a team of technical subject matter experts and specialists focused on advising and supporting TRC Companies' projects.
  • Architect ESRI Solutions: Use your hands-on experience with ESRI product suites, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS CityEngine, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, and ArcGIS API for JavaScript, to architect innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Industry Alignment: Working experience or familiarity with ESRI Utility Network Model to provide forthcoming industry shift is important.
  • Customer Interactions: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an elevated level of customer satisfaction (CSAT - Customer Satisfaction, NPS - Net Promoter Score), and acting as a primary point of contact for escalations.
  • Project Management: Guide project teams in mitigating risks and propose backup plans for areas of substantial risk, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Continual Service Improvement: Drive ongoing improvement in service delivery, processes, and customer experiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate proven success in leading teams for international projects, achieving results through others, and being a dedicated team player.
