Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing, implementing, migrating, and supporting digital/marketing technologies and web/app development.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital projects in partnership with technology and marketing stakeholder groups.
  • Expert knowledge of web and mobile technologies, platforms, and tools, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, React, Angular, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content management.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, project management tools, and testing frameworks (e.g., load, stress, pen, security, accessibility).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting up to a C-Suite audience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the RFP development, procurement, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of the company’s digital technology platform and applications.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing Technology strategy and roadmap that supports the LA28 vision, mission, values, deliverables, and partnership obligations.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team consisting of digital marketer, developers, designers, and analysts to advance key organizational initiatives and deliver innovative and effective digital solutions that meet user expectations, enhance brand awareness, and deliver stellar digital experiences.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for digital projects and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with digital best practices, global data regulations, legal standards, and policies across the organization.
  • Drive focus on operational excellence throughout the organization & partners, including (but not limited to) processes, governance, efficient working approaches, collaboration.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies and recommend appropriate adoption and integration.
