What will be my main responsibilities as a Director, Global Field & ABM Marketing at Beamery?
Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing a global strategy to drive demand in target markets, creating effective ABM plans, collaborating with sales leaders, managing regional field marketing plans, program management, orchestration of product education, reporting on KPIs, owning the marketing budget, and leading the field & ABM marketing team to meet or exceed goals.
What qualifications and experience are required for this role?
We are looking for someone with extensive marketing experience in a senior level field marketing or ABM role at a SaaS company, a proven track record of driving revenue growth through field marketing and/or ABM programs, innovative thinking, strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and location on the East Coast.
What are some key metrics that will be tracked in this role?
Key metrics that will be tracked include increasing pipeline and revenue in target markets, improving engagement of target accounts through multi-channel programming, enhancing sales velocity through targeted programming, and ensuring the field & ABM marketing team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.
