Responsibilities

  • The Human Resources Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for designing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention of all segments of the workforce.
  • Recommends and facilitates long-and short-term planning initiatives that coincide with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Partners with senior leadership to provide consultative support in the areas of workforce planning and forecasting, workforce commitment, leadership development, and performance excellence.
  • Leads team of HR Business Partners toward executing the overall HR strategy tactics in designated markets or divisions of focus.
