Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR business partnership and coaching to mid and senior-level leaders in the IWMS Client Relationship Group (CRG) and Go To Market & Strategy organizations.
  • Partner with business leaders and key partners to develop and implement HR and talent strategies aligned to the organization’s objectives.
  • Focus on optimizing the associate experience and harnessing the diverse talent capability of the organization.
  • Key areas of focus include BU and enterprise HR practices, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, performance and change management, and inclusion and engagement efforts.
