Responsibilities

  • Build total rewards strategy in EMEA and APAC
  • Manage, build, and develop a team of high performing Compensation Partners and Analysts
  • Lead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job structure/leveling activities, ensuring we have the data and processes in place to stay competitive with the market in all of our global locations
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of compensation planning cycles, including base pay, equity, and bonus processes
  • In coordination with the Vice President, Total Rewards and Chief People Officer, responsible for establishing and maintaining a defined compensation philosophy that is consistent with Human Resources strategies
  • Work closely with the Director of Executive Compensation and Compensation Business Partners to ensure alignment on compensation philosophy and practices across the entire Company
  • Design Company’s cash compensation programs including the directing of administration and governance processes, associated communications, and support of related processes in payroll, finance and legal
  • Work jointly with Compensation Team, HR Partners and Leadership to identify issues, conduct research/analysis to determine the root cause of any gaps and to recommend solutions as well as drive global talent strategy
  • Refine, develop, and execute innovative and competitive compensation strategies designed to attract, motivate, and retain talent
  • Develop and deliver training to ensure employee understanding of the company’s total compensation philosophy, strategy and offerings
  • Maintain a global perspective and ability to rationalize worldwide programs
  • Assess the latest trends, market practices, regulations, and competitive intelligence regarding compensation; recommend enhancements or changes to current compensation programs, policies, and processes
