  • Excellent organizational skills and capability to effectively manage priorities while meeting timelines;
  • Proactive self-starter who is able to handle pressure effectively and has experience working with senior management teams;

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage investor relationships for certain private funds within private equity, executing on strategies to raise investor awareness and understanding of the business;
  • Crisply and effectively articulate Brookfield’s private equity strategy to stakeholders, including describing new transaction activity as well as ongoing portfolio updates;
  • Coordinate and actively participate in quarter end activities, including fund webcasts, and other communications to investors;
  • Actively engage in the formulation of key messaging to the market and be an effective communicator of this messaging both verbally and in written format
  • Plan recurring and adhoc investor meetings, including Brookfield’s annual private funds investor day, and all related materials
  • Support the fundraising process within private equity, including the coordination and preparation of DDQs, marketing materials, and RFIs
  • Prepare communications on topical items relevant to the business, and be able to communicate the firm’s views internally and externally;
  • Support in coordination of co-investment processes;
