  • Management and coordination of complex global mergers, acquisitions, divestments and co-operations and related tasks, including due diligence, negotiation, contract arrangement, and integration- or carve-out-support, planning and execution
  • Preparation of business analyses, feasibility studies, budgeting, target operating models, simulations, LBO and company valuations
  • Project cost- / Investment management and controlling
  • Development and management of relationships with internal and external partners, and transaction advisory firms
