  • Develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and inspire engagement and action by utilizing market trends and consumer insights.
  • Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as track and report on the success of culture campaigns and activations.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and influencers.
  • Develop investment proposals for marketing activations that employ sound decision-making framework and testing/experimentation methodologies.
  • Drive collaboration with internal and external partners by seeking knowledge from peers, colleagues, and subject matter experts (SMEs). Develop communication touch points with key stakeholders to ensure an effective two-way flow of knowledge and feedback.
  • Liaise with agency partners where appropriate, including statement of work (SOW) development, project briefings, expectation management and results monitoring.
