  • Lead and develop a team comprised of Operations Managers and support personnel to include performance operational metrics.
  • Work with direct reports to measure and manage the effectiveness of Branch performance.
  • Define parameters and implement procedures to enhance and maximize the long-term profitability of Division Operations.
  • Review and respond to Operating Metrics boards for visual management purposes.
  • Develop the skills of the Division management team to ensure their professional growth, customer service, and leadership skills are aligned with the company's values.
  • Develop and administer accurate annual and longer-range budget/forecast plans with stakeholders.
