Responsibilities

  • Own people operational projects end-to-end, from definition, solution, to implementation. You will be handed ambiguous, messy problems with little prescription on how to solve them. If this does not excite you, this is not the role for you.
  • Drive HR operational excellence, leveraging data and enhancing the employee experience across the organization.
  • Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, managing internal ticketing system, exit/stay data, and employee records management.
  • Manage EEO reporting and compliance, immigration, unemployment, policy changes, etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals focused on people operations, people systems, payroll, employee experience, and learning & development.
  • Manage semi-annual Performance Review process.
  • Own and maintain federal, state, and local people compliance, People policies, Handbook, Code of Conduct, and internal/external audits.
  • Liaise cross-functionally across all parts of the Anduril organization on people technology solutions.
  • Lead the analysis of people data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of People Operations across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HRBP’s and cross-functional partners to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to people operations and analytics.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Communicate changes effectively across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in.
