Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Management team to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, to specification and to client satisfaction
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience and time constraints
  • Establish and maintain good communication channels between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Establish and implement project management processes and tools as well as train project management staff on their consistent use
  • Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications
  • Ensure each team member understands the timeline, budget, and client expectations as well as their role in the project
  • Create strong client relationships through open communication, frequent meetings, and quick response to client needs
  • Conducts risk assessment and provide recommendation for risk mitigation within each project and across functional areas
  • Partner with senior staff to assess strategic goals of the company and to establish team metrics in alignment with those objectives
  • Adaptability required as work schedule may change based on business needs
  • Provide project status reports to executive team
