  • Investigate security and workplace violence incidents, updating policies to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with GSOC to develop threat monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Lead and enhance executive protection and event security programs.
  • Oversee global security policies, objectives, and budgets with periodic quality assessments.
  • Implement a global security process assessing threats, vulnerabilities, and protection goals.
  • Ensure compliance with global laws and security trends, consulting third-party firms when needed.
  • Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, Legal, HR, and other teams to develop security risk strategies.
  • Develop security awareness training for all employees and manage third-party security contractors.
  • Participate in crisis management emergency response, and conduct investigations of security threats.
  • Partner with Sr Manager of Global Physical Security, SVP of Security Engineering, and VP of Trust & Safety to establish a holistic approach to threat management and mitigation across all of Match Group’s businesses.
