Responsibilities

  • design and implement training programs for the UBS Wealth Advice Center that align towards the firm’s overall business strategy and priorities
  • lead, coach, and develop a team of facilitators that identifies, designs, and delivers learning offerings
  • work closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to understand platform training needs and ensure that training programs address specific organizational initiatives
  • partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, external vendors, and technology teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives and supports organizational growth
  • create and implement a leadership development strategy, determine a leader assessment process, identify and design leadership trainings that support leadership development and cross-organizational leadership engagement
  • coordinate platform wide trainings and advanced trainings to keep our Wealth Advice Center Staff up to date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • support Recruitment in building a team of training professionals to ensure that the training function is staffed with highly skilled and motivated individuals
