Responsibilities

  • Lead a remarkable partner development team to achieve and exceed quarterly MBO (management by objective) targets
  • Directly manage and develop first-line Managers enabling them to effectively coach and grow Partner Development Managers on their teams.
  • Attract and develop top talent who bring a unique perspective to HubSpot, through best-in-class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our HubSpot recruitment, learning, and development team.
  • Proactively collaborate with leaders across the Americas organization to aid in the growth of the business and remove barriers
  • Refine and develop playbooks for driving partner innovation and growth within the ecosystem
  • Utilize your business acumen to support your team in securing partner commitment for demand generation, strong service quality, and other key HubSpot objectives
  • Work closely and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, sales operations, customer success, and partner operations. Work cross-regionally (EMEA, Americas, JAPAC) to share and learn best practices.
  • Leverage your leadership experience to create a high-performance culture where team members feel valued.
