What is the primary responsibility of the Director, People and Culture Business Partners?
The primary responsibility is to lead a team of People professionals in providing both strategic and hands-on support across HelloFresh's Distribution Centers, Production, Logistics Hubs, and Corporate locations, while ultimately delivering a stellar employee experience.
How many direct reports will this role have?
This role will have 5 direct reports and manage a team of 15-20 professionals.
What is the expected on-site presence for this role?
The role requires an on-site presence of a minimum of 3-4 days a week at a field location and 1 day a week at the Toronto HQ.
Is travel a requirement for this position?
Yes, the position requires the ability to travel an average of up to 50% of the time within Canada.
