Responsibilities

  • Lead HR due diligence and integration activities for M&A projects, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for specific M&A transactions to assess cultural alignment, identify potential risks, and develop integration plans.
  • Work across the People Group and wider Arm teams to successfully design and implement the People plan for M&A activities including organizational design, grade levelling and future reward proposition.
  • Work closely with People Enablement, People Business Partners and the wider People Group to deliver complex organizational changes or initiatives.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations and our community. Strive to understand risks, dependencies and issues, capturing key actions and responses and ensuring follow up.
  • Anticipate the needs of our people and act as a point of contact where needed. Work alongside the People Enablement Managers and other forums (such as Works Councils) to ensure we consider all requirements.
  • Measuring the success of projects and applying a robust approach to ensure that learning is collected and shared to inform future approaches.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the people group strategy and priorities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Responsible for People Group coordination and participation in key operational processes such as the Quarterly Business Review.
  • Responsible for the quarterly planning process and supervising progress against our strategic and in-year goals.
