Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Global Procurement P&L.
  • Support CPO with consolidated financial visibility and analysis for incl FX and commodities.
  • Responsible for financial review of Global Category Led (GCL) Contracts and support to the GCL team.
  • Own the financial review of ESG commitments and contracts as well as management of in year progress on financial and performance goals.
  • Own methodologies implemented by the Procurement group and ensure clear alignment to these identifying any gaps.
  • Lead, develop and train a team of 5 direct reports and 15 indirect reports.
  • Lead financial planning for Procurement for the annual strategic plan / 5YP exercise, including global benchmarking. Negotiate budgets with entity owners and global counterparts.
  • Manage Business Cycle and Rituals and Routines for Procurement teams including Budget planning.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.
