  • Planning:
  • Plan and track programs that support raising awareness about our Life Sciences & Healthcare products and commercial programs in support of new business and retention.
  • Work across product marketing, industry marketing, demand strategy, field marketing, as well as with creative and web teams.
  • Product Positioning:
  • Drive the development of clear and compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate our capabilities and expertise in the market globally and by region.
  • Work with the Product Management team, Global Sales, and the Marketing organization to build buyer personas and map out the customer journey, identifying opportunities to optimize the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, go-to-market, and marketing teams to successfully launch new capabilities and services.
