Responsibilities

  • Planning:
  • Plan and track programs that support raising awareness about our Life Sciences & Healthcare products and commercial programs in support of new business and retention.
  • Work across product marketing, industry marketing, demand strategy, field marketing, as well as with creative and web teams.
  • Product Positioning:
  • Drive the development of clear and compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate our capabilities and expertise in the market globally and by region.
  • Work with the Product Management team, Global Sales, and the Marketing organization to build buyer personas and map out the customer journey, identifying opportunities to optimize the customer experience.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Communicate the value proposition of the product sets and enhancements to sales.
  • Assist in developing messaging and tools that enable sales to grow the business, including internal and external release communications and corresponding sales tools.
  • Content Creation:
  • Partner with creative teams (internally and externally) to manage and track the development of content pieces, including sales tools, marketing content (product videos, case studies, whitepapers), competitive battle cards, web content, social media content, and more.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research, persona development, and buyer journey mapping to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviors and needs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Product Management, go-to-market, and marketing teams to successfully launch new capabilities and services.
  • Work closely with Product Management and sales to gather feedback and insights for continuous product and message improvement.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing organization to develop and execute marketing campaigns, content creation, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Industry Awareness:
