What is the primary responsibility of the Director, Production Health, Safety, & Transportation?
The primary responsibility is to lead a high-impact team of health and safety professionals supporting Netflix Production throughout the UCAN region, ensuring safety goals are aligned with the changing business needs of Physical Production and managing risk effectively.
How many years of experience are required for this position?
A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated senior leadership experience in safety system/program development and execution is required.
Is experience in the creative or entertainment industry preferred?
Yes, fluency in the creative/entertainment industry, including terminology and processes, is a plus for this position.
What educational qualifications are preferred for candidates?
Advanced education such as a Master's Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Physical Sciences, or a related major is preferred.
Are certifications in safety management required?
While not required, certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Chartered IOSH Membership (CMIOSH) are considered a plus.
What is the compensation range for this role?
The compensation range for this role is $360,000 - $850,000, with flexibility to choose between salary and stock options.
