What is the location for the Director, Real Estate Operations position?

The salary range is $150,000-170,000 base + bonus, based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPM, RPA, CCIM) are highly preferred.
How many years of experience are required for this position?
A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate operations or property management is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
