Responsibilities

  • Oversee the US qualified and non-qualified plans, compliance, testing, audits, and coordinating with the Benefits Committee and investment advisors
  • Align with and support the Company’s benefits strategy to achieve the enterprise Total Rewards strategy
  • Leads designing and implementing new processes and changes to existing and future programs.
  • Analyzes data and presents metrics and reporting that identifies and explains trends, to inform the decision-making process related to program design.
  • Lead retirement program design and support for acquisition and divestiture
  • Stay informed of legal and regulatory requirements related to retirement plans, as well as industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners across the Executive Leadership Team, HR, Technology, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationship with external vendors and recordkeepers
  • Support the Global Benefits function in driving execution excellence and continuous process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and innovative solutions within the retirement space
