Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Knix's overall business objectives, prioritizing talent density and quality over speed
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team on filling key leadership roles across the business (C-Suite, VP, Director)
  • Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team by offering guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities while ensuring the recruitment of high-fit candidates who align strongly with Knix's high-performance culture
  • Develop robust processes for candidate quality assessment to maintain talent density and long-term fit, focusing on clear, transparent communication about Knix’s fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Own and drive all employer branding initiatives to position Knix as an employer of choice, attracting top talent with a compelling and authentic brand presence
  • Partner with Finance and the CFO to own the headcount forecasting process, aligning recruitment with business growth and budget planning
  • Continuously monitor data and insights on the talent acquisition function's performance, using metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Retail, Marketing, Finance, Product, Merchandising, and Operations, to ensure alignment of talent acquisition strategies with broader organizational goals
