Responsibilities

  • Delivering business results and deliver against Labs ROI objectives
  • Accountability for playing a critical role in ensuring research translates into successful applications (prototypes and MVPs), which involves user discovery, prioritization, value assessment and value delivery of your value stream. Make data driven decisions
  • Deliver against Labs targets. Securing buy-in and resources from business teams for incubation projects.
  • Define measurable outcomes (OKRs) for the teams so success is clear and measurable
  • Own and maintain a value delivery roadmap for Labs
  • Ensure there is clarity and focus for the teams to achieve these outcomes. Provide priority calls where necessary
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are maximizing and realizing the outcomes of the Labs
  • Articulate value of work clearly so it is well understood
  • Ensure our solution helps accelerate our business strategies and goals
  • Supporting and empowering the team to achieve business outcomes
  • Working with Program Lead and Function Leaders to align the talent (functional mix) needed to get results and customer outcomes for business unit/program
  • Lead the day-to-day activities within the value stream and empower team members through feedback on work-in-progress, clarifying requirements and answering questions to ensure that commitments are achieved while improvements are being made
  • Ensure the teams in your value stream have the support they need to be successful
  • Enable a strong, innovative, and collaborative culture. Partner with Function Leaders to attract, develop, and retain key talent
  • Work with Function Leaders to provide feedback on Team members to help improve individual and group performance, as well as to support performance management responsibilities led within the Functions
  • Relentlessly pursue customer adoption through a deep understanding of the challenges your customers face
