  • Own and steer global market strategy and key strategic initiatives (KSIs) for our key markets in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). These include Personal Hygiene, Packaging and Labeling, Sports and Fashion, and Tissue/Towel
  • Be a key contributor to help achieve our financial goals, including developing global market programs and penetration strategies
  • Identify long-term demand creation opportunities by anticipating market trends, regulations, and new technologies
  • Partner with business leaders and collaborate with senior management to drive the global market strategy effectively
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of global market size, landscape, and segmentation to derive channels for go-to-market strategies and evaluate new market potentials globally
  • Lead, coach, and develop global and regional teams, while ensuring alignment and promoting communication with internal teams (marketing, KAM/sales, innovation/product development) and external stakeholders
