The primary responsibilities include handling all incoming creditor initial claims and requests via fax, phone, and email, ensuring claim contents are intact for processing, entering new claims and mail information into the database, opening and scanning received mail, responding to incoming emails, corresponding with claimants and estates, liaising with creditors, and preparing couriers for pickup.
