Responsibilities

  • To provide competitiveness and business opportunities through supply chain and innovation, guaranteeing Products / Bids / Programs objectives
  • To guarantee expectations are endorsed by procurement Segments and procurement Strategies are taken into account in Products / Bids / Programs
  • To ensure that Procurement organization is acting as a business partner to internal customers
  • To represent Procurement, working with Capture Team Leader and Bid Manager to provide the best supply chain contribution matching with Bid targets
  • To define the overall strategy for the acquisition of the project
  • To set up and coordinates co-engineering plateau with strategic suppliers
  • To propose bundles and /or partnership with Suppliers
  • To manage multi equipment Purchase Vet (PVET) process for reviews at Bid Level
  • To issue Procurement and Supply Operations final quote (through QDV and e-Acq WPD)
  • To report to Bid / Program team, coordinating with Supplier Operations and Procurement contributions until equipment deliveries, or until contract signatures if focused on procurement only (high recurrence level during execution phase)
