Is this position remote or on-site?
This is a fully on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas.
What qualifications are required for the Drafter/Designer position?
Proficiency in SolidWorks, experience with weldments, assemblies, and detailed machine parts, as well as an understanding of BOMs and standard engineering department processes are required. Manufacturing experience and the ability to run hand calculations in a production environment are highly desirable.
What type of work environment can I expect?
The work environment is blue collar, located in a machine shop with welding, painting, and a non A/C production/assembly floor. While the design team works inside the office, they will go out to the shop as needed.
