Responsibilities

  • Managing the Williams Activity Schedules for all Academy Drivers and taking full ownership of the Driver Academy Calendar
  • Being the main contact for all internal departments regarding operational aspects of the Driver Academy.
  • Liaise with Academy Driver Managers and/or Families regarding all operational topics such as travel, clothing, communications, training etc.
  • Liaise with Williams and other Teams on operational topics such as branding, test activities, etc
  • Assist the Sporting Director with management duties for all Academy Drivers (Driver contracts, Team contracts etc)
  • Support the Academy Drivers in a managing capacity at Events.
  • Responsible for all monthly performance reporting for the Driver Academy.
